Bach to Now and Beyond Inspired by the genius of Bach and the unleashing of a new creation. Concerto Barocco and an edgy Sacramento premiere join forces for an unforgettable evening of dance. Balanchine’s streamlined marvel juxtaposed to a tour-de-force of the here and now weds the sublime to the bold. Included in this cross generational program, dancers explore the beyond utilizing the latest in today’s ground breaking technology to create new forms of dance.


Latin Nights Sizzling dance from Act I of the Cervante’s classic tale of Don Quixote paired with the spicy Juanita y Alicia, Septime Webre’s homage to his Cuban heritage. Adding to the heat wave of this Latin Festival are local artists for a perfect evening of zesty entertainment.


Sketch 4x4 Four choreographers garnering national attention for their forward thinking creativity challenge traditional paradigms of dance with movement sketches of verve and vitality.

Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts. This season Sacramento Ballet presents an intimate, first-class, in studio series, as well as the beloved traditional Nutcracker. Feel the strength, elegance, and heat of Sacramento Ballet right in front of your eyes. Be the first to experience the drama and gravity of our move from 1631 K Street to our new first-class facility. For each performance run we will transform our studio space into a theater and present intimate performances with comfortable raised seating, outstanding choreography, and lots of available perks! Sacramento Ballet invites you to step out of the cavernous theater experience, and into the warmth of our home for world-class dance.
