Conference Hosting

Barrie Nault reported on the 26th annual Workshop in Information Systems and Economics (WISE) held December 12-13, 2015 (www.wiseconf.org) at the Naveen Jindal School of Management on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas. Among the presenters and discussants was our Byungwan Koh, one of our PhD graduates Dawei Zhang from Lehigh, and two of our past faculty members - Jianqing Chen from UTD and Wael Jabr from Georgia State. The two-day workshop held at UT Dallas had a record 198 paper submissions, 60 presentations, and 230 attendees. Barrie was one of the co-chairs, and HSB graciously supported the workshop as one of the sponsors.
