Wayfinder  ...  Take  It  to  the  Wall    ART  in  the  Community  is  the  equalizer  including  organizers,  funders  and  community  partners.  The  art  path  provides  a  bridge  between  the  youth  and  the  very  community  they  are  trying  to  enter.  The  community  art  creates  a  sense  of  place  for  the  youth  and  for  the  community  …and  a  place  for  resource  companies  to  support  community.    Wayfinder  CONNX  Digital  home  base  support  system  that  in  a  senior  talent  mentorship  procurement  model,  engages  industrial  trades-‐arts  talent  workplace  paths.

“You  don’t  get  your  social  license  by  going  to  a  government  ministry  and  making  an  application  or  simply  paying  a  fee…  It  requires  far  more  than  money  to  truly  become  part  of  the  communities  in  which  you  operate.”
