Retail Commitment Bonus (RCB)The Michelin Alliance Partner (MAP) earns cash incentives based on their annual Bib Level Commitment. Every quarter their purchase goals are met, Michelin will make a direct payment to the MAP. All purchases accrue funds, so even if a goal is missed, the MAP can catch up the next quarter and receive 100% of their RCB balance. The RCB is calculated based on the MAP’s Bib Level and Michelin’s published list prices. And, don’t forget, the MAP can always “Bib Level Up”!

Marketing SupportMichelin is committed to helping our MAPs sell MICHELIN®

and Condor® brand aircraft tires. We will provide marketing materials and advertising templates through the online tool and via Michelin distributors.

“Bib Level Up” Qualifi cationThe MAP is not limited to the Bib Level they sign up for because they can Bib Level Up during the year. Whatever Bib Level the MAP achieves is the level we will rebate them on. For example, if a MAP signs up for Bib Level 1 but actually achieves Bib Level 3, they will be compensated for reaching Bib Level 3. At the end of the year, a reconciliation payment will be made based on the total units reported by the distributor and the actual Bib Level achieved.**
