Changes to Court Assignments West Valley League Play (Bob Richman)

�  Men & Women play will be supported on SCG courts �  Court times will be scheduled at 11:00 for Women on

Fridays for 2 hours. �  Men’s time might be made available at noon vs 1 PM

due to conflict with Drop in on Monday and Tuesday. �  No practice court time will be reserved by the tennis

club �  West Valley play is limited to 1 or 2 teams per day

�  Our Requirements for Play at Grand �  Maximum of 2 Teams requiring 6 courts. Limited to

5 times per season for men and women. �  League officials must provide entire detailed

schedules for the season to monitor home and away compliance.

�  Our teams must consist of only GTC members for both home and away matches.

�  Serving of alcoholic beverages at home events is a violation on CAM regulations and is highly discouraged.

Recycling and Trash Collection (Dave) 33

�  A combination of 13 and 30 gallon trash bags have been placed in the bins containing the blowers on courts 1 through 10 to facilitate the removal of recyclables, trash and tennis balls.

�  Large collection containers are located at the Sports building (2 recycle, several trash and 1 ball bin)

�  Recycle also available next to the Parks and Sons trash dumpster in the parking lot.

�  When playing with your groups please inform the uninformed of the above and encourage them to participate whenever they see an overflow.
