2018 NAR Mandatory Ethics Training Requirement REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. A new two-year cycle has begun since January 1, 2017 and will end on December 31, 2018*. *Failure to meet the requirement for this cycle and subsequent two (2) year cycles will result in suspension of membership for the first two months (January and February) of the year following the end of any two (2) year cycle or until the requirement is met, whichever occurs sooner. On March 1 of the year of 2019, the membership of a member who is still suspended as of that date will be automatically terminated. NAR offers a no-cost option without C.E. credits for you to take as follows: Step 1. Visit the WSGVAR website at www.wsgvar.com. Step 2. Select the Code of Ethics Requirements under the Education menu bar. Step 3. Click the link “Free Course for Existing Users”.

2018 NAR Mandatory Ethics Training Requirement

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. A new two-year cycle has begun since January 1, 2017 and will end on December 31, 2018*. *Failure to meet the requirement for this cycle and subsequent two (2) year cycles will result in suspension of membership for the first two months (January and February) of the year following the end of any two (2) year cycle or until the requirement is met, whichever occurs sooner. Step 2. Select the Code of Ethics Requirements under the Education menu bar.

Step 4. Click the “Code of Ethics Non-CE Version FREE”.

Step 5. At the NAR’s Center for REALTOR® Development, click the NAR MEMBERS CLICK HERE button.

Step 6. Log into NAR website in one of the options below.

A. If you are an existing user, enter Username and Password to proceed. If you forget your Username or Password, click the Forget Username or Password link.

B. If you are a new user, click the Register link and enter your NRDS ID # and Last Name to register first before accessing.

If you don’t know your NRDS ID, click the Find your NRDS ID link to find out.

Step 7. Select modules by following the steps below:

• Choose 1 course from the Module Category 1

• Choose 2 courses from the Module Category 2

• Choose 1 course from the Module Category 3
