• Make sure you as the client receive a receipt and invoice for all paymentsmade forany typeof serviceatTswane Tombstones (Cash Sale, Lay Buys, Flowers ). Tswane TombstoneswillnotbeheldresponsibleforanypaymentwithoutaTswane Tombstones Invoice.

• CashSalesisonlyvalidfor60daysfrompurchase,theTombstonesmustbepaidinfullwithin60days.Extrachargeswillbeaddedafter60days.

• Funeralstonesdon’thaveanyguarantee;ifthereisanycomplaintonafuneralstoneitwill be charged on the clients own account.

• TombstonesinstalledoutsidetheboardersofSouthAfricawillnothaveanyguarantee.• AdditionalguaranteewillbeforreinforcingoftheTombstone,thiswillberecommendedon

Tombstones 10 years and younger, Tswane Tombstoneswillnotbeheldresponsibleforanydamagesiftheguaranteeisnottaken. Tswane Tombstones neither has control or jurisdictionconcerningthefollowingnorwillbeheldliablefor:

1. Actsofnaturee.g.Lightning,Rain,Floodingect.,2. SinkingofaGrave,3. Vandalism4. Statutory Laws and by laws at cemeteries5. Abuseormisuseofproducts6. Malicious damage7. Glass Installed in tombstones (the above don’t carry any guarantee)

• Therewillbenoguaranteeevenifyoupaidforitifthereisnotagravestandaroundyourstone.

• There will be no guarantee on a Foundation not build by Tswane Tombstone.

unavailable to meet the Installation team and the stone cannot be installed Tswane Tombstones willnotberesponsibleforanycostincurred,youwillalsonotbeentitledtoarefund.Tswane Tombstones will reschedule the installation to the soonest available installation date, such cost will be on the clients own account. Please note alltransportwillbecalculatedfromourFactorysituated in Rustenburg.

• Thecustomerisresponsibleforthecleaningofthegrave(oldfoundations,rocksect.)thegravemustbecleananlevel.IfthegraveisnotcleanedonthedayoftheinstallationtheclientwillbechargeR800.00forTswane Tombstones to do it.

• EveryeffortfromTswane Tombstones side willbemadefortheinstallationofTombstones,these dates given is a indication date and not a confirmeddate.

• Shouldinstallationbeunabletotakeplacetoanyunforeseencircumstanceslike,rainyweather,vehiclebreakdowns,manufacturingdefectsoranyotheryouwillnotbeentitledtoarefund,however Tswane Tombstones will re schedule you installation date ASAP. The customer exempts Tswane Tombstonesfromanycivilorlegalactionin such an event.

Please arrange unveiling after your tombstone is installed.

• TransportofR12.50perkilometrewillbechargedontheclientsaccountiftheerectionplaceisfurtherthanspecifiedontheJobCardandpaidfor.

• Permits are on the clients own account and the permit must be presented by the client on the day oftheerection.

• Tswane Tombstones will not be held responsible

iftheCemeteryshowoutthewronggrave.• Grave Numbers must be supplied by the client to

Tswane Tombstones• We will not be held responsible by incorrect sizes

given by you as the client or the Cemetery. Extra charges in this matter will be on the clients own account.

• Installationtimewillbeatamaximumof8weeksafterletteringwassubmittedandjobcardsigned.

• TombstoneswillonlybebookedforInstallationaftertheTombstoneispaidinFull.

• IF you cancel you installation you will be given the next available date.

• Tombstones must be installed within 6 Months afterpurchase.

• IfaTombstoneisstoredaftermanufacturing,astoragefeewillbechargedaftersixmonths,after12 months the stone will be destroyed or recycled todefrayanyothercosts.

• NoInstallationwilltakeplacewhenitisraining• TombstonesInstalledandcollectedbyyourself

have no guarantee whatsoever.• Any complaint by you as the customer must be

logged at your nearest Tswane Tombstones branchinwritingonourcomplaintformtogetherwith a photo.

• AnymistakemadebyTswane Tombstones a 90 dayperiodisgivenandagreedtoforcorrection
