RESERVATION DEADLINES - Saturday home-game picnics: 12:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before game day - Friday-night home-game picnic: 5:00 p.m. on Friday 9/13, or until sold out (space is limited due to special location) - Away-game picnics: Reservations available until sold out. We strongly encourage early reservations Reservations are only guaranteed with full payment

NAME SUBSTITUTIONS Name substitutions are welcome. Please email rsvp@usc.edu or call (213) 740-1744 with all name substitutions until 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before game day. Late name substitutions may not be reflected at check-in. NAMED TABLES Groups of 8 or more will be given a named table. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS To receive a refund for home-game picnics, cancellations must be received by the reservation deadline. Refunds are not issued for away-game picnics. Please note: all picnics take place rain or shine; no refunds are issued due to inclement weather. PARKING Active USC Associates campus cards may be used for complimentary parking in the Royal Street Structure (formerly Structure D). Enter at Royal Street Gate (formerly Gate 4) on Jefferson Boulevard. The Royal Street Structure does not accept payment for parking. For game day parking information please visit https://transnet.usc.edu/index.php/gameday/ If campus lots are full, please proceed to the Parking Center on 35th Street, between Hope Street and Grand Avenue, just south of Jefferson Boulevard. TRAM SERVICE One-way tram service to the Coliseum is provided for Associates who need special assistance. Trams depart from the corner of Watt Way & Downey Way, 45 and 30 minutes prior to kick-off (available for Saturday home-games only). COLISEUM BAG POLICY Safety enhancements at the Coliseum restrict the size and type of bags allowed in the stadium. Clear plastic tote bags measuring 12” x 6” x 12” will be permitted.
