We’ve made your 2019 Wellness Program simpler and more engaging, with fewer requirements. The focus is on helping you be involved in your own well-being, with additional tools and programs that are more personalized to your needs and readiness to take action through Castlight (formerly Jiff). Plus, we’ve added a new, year-round rewards component to support your efforts with a variety of sweepstakes prizes and incentives.

Like last year, you can avoid up to $900 in fees by participating in the Wellness Program (Health Screening, Health Assessment, Tobacco Certification). Taking the Health Screening is still a key step, but your results no longer have to meet certain target levels to avoid fees.

In short, we’ve made wellness at Dover better. I hope you’ll take advantage, so you can be your best, for whatever reasons matter most to you.

• Dover’s Wellness Program is now even better! We’re giving you even more ways to improve your health and wellness. We’ve simplified the program and made it easier to avoid fees (no more fees for missing target ranges on your Health Screening results). Plus, the new rewards component lets you earn and redeem points for activities related to your well-being and health benefits throughout the year. The focus is on taking an active role in wellness when you’re ready, in ways that make sense for you. See the details on page 5.

• Wellness is moving from Jiff to Castlight. Dover’s Wellness Program, formerly hosted by Jiff, now lives on Castlight, the same online resource Dover employees use for managing their health care spending and benefits. Only now, Castlight has even more features, including wellness, all in a mobile app and online. See the details on page 9.

• Action required to save money! Participation in the Wellness Program is voluntary. However, if either you or your enrolled spouse/partner does not complete the required steps in Castlight by August 31, 2019, you’ll pay additional fees for 2020 medical coverage and, if applicable, higher contributions for supplemental life insurance. See the details and login how-to’s on page 4.

• You’re eligible to participate in Dover’s 2019 Wellness Program if you are:

– A benefits-eligible employee, whether enrolled in Dover benefits or not

– The spouse or domestic partner of a benefits-eligible employee and you are enrolled in Dover medical or supplemental life coverage

Complete your Health Screening. Use Castlight to schedule your screening with Quest Diagnostics. It’s free, confidential and painless. Sign-ups for on-site screenings begin June 1. Options for off-site screenings are available, too.

Complete your Health Assessment. Filling out this confidential, online questionnaire in Castlight takes just 5-7 minutes. Your answers will help give you a more personalized wellness experience in Castlight.

Complete your Tobacco Certification and certify as tobacco-free in Castlight.

Accessing your wellness activities in Castlight

Once you earn wellness points, you have multiple options for redeeming points for rewards and chances to win prizes, depending on your situation. Your updated points balance can be found on the homepage of Castlight each time you log in. Just click Redeem Points and you’ll be taken to the Reward Center to see your options.

• Quarterly Sweepstakes Option — available to all benefits-eligible employees, and to spouses/partners enrolled in Dover medical: Redeem your points for chances to win prizes like an Apple Watch, Beats Headphones or $500 Amazon gift card.

• Direct Rewards Option — available only to employees and spouses/partners enrolled in Dover medical: Redeem points for gift cards at merchants like Amazon, AMC Theaters, Home Depot, Hulu and Sephora.

Log in to mycastlight.com/dover• Click See How in the Ways to Earn

box on the home screen, then select the Progress tab to open the list of required wellness activities.

• Select Select a Screening Option (as shown by the red box).

• Open the Health Screening activity, then accept the Terms and Conditions.

• You will then be taken to the next screen/step.

by the red box) will allow you to access the provider form, so you can upload screening results from a physician office visit from January 1, 2019 through August 31, 2019.
