ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF KMART CORPORATION'S MOTIONS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME

Presently before the Court are Plaintiff Kmart Corporation's motions for extensions of

time [272, 273, & 274] to file responses to various motions filed by Defendants. PlaintiffKmart

Corporation has informed the Court that Defendants have no objection to the extension.

THEREFORE, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff Kmart Corporation's motion for

extension of time [272] to file a response to Defendant Fulton Improvements, LLC's motion to

exclude the opinions of Plaintiffs expert John Krewson [246] and Defendant Fulton

Improvements, LLC's motion for summary judgment [248] is GRANTED. Plaintiff Kmart

Corporation must file its responses to Defendant Fulton Improvements, LLC's motion to exclude

the opinions ofPlaintiffs expert John Krewson [246] and Defendant Fulton Improvements, LLC's

motion for summary judgment [248] on or before Wednesday, October 30,2013.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Kmart Corporation's motion for extension of

time [273] to file a response to Defendant E&A Southeast Limited Partnership's motion to exclude

the opinions of Plaintiffs expert John Krewson [265] and Defendant E&A Southeast Limited

Partnership's motion for summary judgment [267] is GRANTED. Plaintiff Kmart Corporation

must file its responses to Defendant E&A Southeast Limited Partnership's motion to exclude the

Finally, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff Kmart Corporation's motion for extension of time

[274] to file a response to Defendant The Kroger Co.'s motion to exclude the testimony of

Plaintiffs expert John Krewson [259] and Defendant The Kroger Co.'s motion for summary

judgment [269] is GRANTED. PlaintiffKmart Corporation must file its responses to Defendant

The Kroger Co.'s motion to exclude the testimony of Plaintiffs expert John Krewson [259] and

Defendant The Kroger Co.'s motion for summary judgment [269] on or before Tuesday,

November 5,2013.
