SAP’s Project System (PS) tool provides comprehensive and fully-integrated

project management functionalities. Key strengths of SAP PS are real-time

integration with SAP application components, such as SAP solutions for

financials, procurement and logistics, and SAP Human Capital Management

(SAP HCM).

In some situations, having another project management tool is unavoidable

Because it is the tool used by users/contractors or,

In such cases, the sought-after goal should be

To bring the strengths of both technologies together

Which creates a significant need to integrate the data

So the project stays synchronized

This presentation presents a case study of the SAP Project System tool’s

coexistence and integration with Primavera to manage projects performed

by multiple organizations or contractors in an owner-operator organization.

[ Project/Program WBS

The program/project WBS (PWBS) structure encompassesthe entire program or project

The CWBS is the complete WBS for a specific contract

Developed by the contractor in accordance with the contract statementof work (SOW)
