Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the IBM Rational Tools for the Medical Care Collection

Fund and Purchased Care projects. The tools being implemented are the Rational Team Concert/Change and

Configuration Management (RTC/CCM), Rational Quality Management (RQM), and Rational Requirements

Management (RRM) on the JAZZ platform, providing Collaborative Application Lifecycle Management

(CALM). These tools will be utilized by the Veterans Affairs TMSS HAPE EDI Transactions Program that

enable all of the members of the extended development team to collaborate more easily.

I am also responsible for leading a release process including impacts to subscribing applications for a major

patch for the VA HAPE EDI Transactions program for HIPAA compliancy and Provider Interoperability.

I created a new process for the Ratings Team for Reconciling the Code Change Requests (CCR’s) with each
