BCHS FBLA Public Relations Plan
FBLA Chapter 4622
The Reporter will take pictures and complete an article write-up at each FBLA meeting, social event, etc.
If the reporter is unavailable, the secretary will do this. If for some reason neither of these two are
available, both the reporter and secretary should work together to find a replacement for their duty.
This information should be reported to the advisers as soon as possible.
Articles and Pictures should be in no later than the 15th of each month to Mrs. Barker for
approval prior to submission.
Two additional pictures must be submitted for email to [email protected] by the 15th of
each month
One article submission is expected to be turned in for submission to Tomorrow’s Business
Leader no later than November 1, 2019.
The Reporter will gather a team of members to work on a scrapbook page for submission. Initial
completed page is due prior to Halloween.
All articles should be submitted to Mrs. Barker, the Reporter, Cassidy Sanders , BCHS FBLA website,
Bleckley Progress, The Cochran Journal and posted on all appropriate social media.
Sophie Knight will be highlighting our FBLA business, RoyalPrint on ComSouth Television Channel 100.
Sophie Knight and Cassidy Sanders will be responsible for working together to develop and publish a
newsletter. The newsletter is due by August 15, September 30, November 1, and January 15.
Presidents Olivia Williams and Maisi Corbin will work to develop and maintain the BCHS FBLA website.
Olivia Williams, Maisi Corbin, Amanda Kight, Sophie Knight, Alexis Bowen and Cassidy Sanders are
responsible for maintaining the Chapter social media: Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram. They
will choose their preferred media for responsibility and report to Mrs. Barker
