EXERCISE
Suggest to the mind that we lose weight.Notice the mind’s self-talk about the suggestion.What is the equivalent emotional energy level?

SUMMARY
To tell where we are at on the emotional energy scale, we notice our self-talk.
As we change our self-talk with ‘phrases of intention’ we change our emotional energy level.
Examples: ‘Yes, I can’, or ‘Yes, we can’
