Services Licence (AFSL). Our aim is to make it easier for you to run your business

Regional ManagerJigsaw provides you with a dedicated relationship manager to help ensure you receive the right support and services for your business.

Advice Technology SolutionsJigsaw provides a suite of technology solutions that include the following:

• Advice Documentation tool that allows you to personalise your advice documents to meet your clients’ and licensee needs. This includes templates for Statements and Records of Advice, Financial Services Guides, Fact Finds, annual reviews and various client letters.

• Online resources hub which provides access to a wide range of information and resources about products, advice, marketing, education, training and business and practice management.

• Professional development and accreditation system that allows you to manage your information, track your educational activities, complete online learning and document your CPD & CPE (TASA) progress against targets. You will have access to a comprehensive library of bulletins, articles and webinars on a range of topics with new material released regularly.

MarketingJigsaw offers a range of resources to assist you in promoting your business to new clients, connect and engage with your existing client base and retain clients. Resources include:

• Templates and tools to help set your marketing plans, maximise the outcomes of your activity, and promote your financial advice services for the year ahead.

• A range of campaigns for you to use with your own brand. Packaged to include content, digital assets and a presentation so you can go to market with professional end to end campaigns.

• Marketing webinars to assist you with marketing planning, social media for your business and best practice for building your website.

Compliance and Audit ServicesJigsaw prides itself on providing a quality advice program which will assist you in meeting your regulatory and compliance requirements.

Our suite of services includes:

• AFSL Compliance Scorecard – A review is conducted to assess your application of the Financial Services Laws. It consists of a review of a wide range of processes and procedures including but not limited to risk management, breach notifications, advice guidelines, registers, dispute resolution, monitoring and supervision of advisers.

• Authorised Representative (AR) Audits – A quality review program that is conducted annually to help ensure your representatives’ knowledge and skills meet the required standard, and that regulatory and compliance requirements are being met in the provision of financial advice and services. We can also recommend any remedial action required to overcome deficiencies uncovered in the review.

• Advice Policies – Our policy standards team maintains a library of advice policies. These provide a detailed and practical interpretation of the legislative requirements applicable to the advice process such as alternative strategies and products, Best Interests Duty, and product replacement.

• Advice Service Desk – This service provides you with an efficient way to seek clarification and interpretation of Jigsaw advice guidelines, where you chose to adopt that guidance. It is available over the phone or via email.

• Regular webinars which focus on advice process trends, insights and guidance on how to address key areas of advice.

• Audit support – In the event one of your advisers experiences an adverse audit result via the Jigsaw AR audit service, the Advice Process Improvement team and your Regional Manager can provide a diagnostic of the audit outcomes, and help you develop an action plan to address them.

• Complaints Guide – This guide can help you understand how to manage client complaints about advice or services provided by advisers under your AFSL in-line with relevant obligations.

Professional Development and EducationJigsaw provides access to highly-specialised, comprehensive training courses and professional development (PD) events. This helps you to ensure your representatives are well positioned with current information and expertise. Our services include the following, all of which attract CPD points.

• PD Days – Held once a year in a state-based format, so you and your staff can learn about new trends, industry changes and other industry-related topics.

• Annual Advice Summit – Held each year in a designated capital city. This event brings together financial advisers from across AMP’s network. It provides a unique opportunity for advisers, practice owners and other advice professionals to connect with their peers, inspire and be inspired through engaging with new ideas.

• Business Forums – You will be invited to attend a yearly Business Forum event exclusive to the Jigsaw network. A program covering two days, the event aims to bring you together for networking and learning opportunities.

• Industry workshops – You will receive invitations to attend presentations, masterclasses and webinars on a range of topics throughout the year.

• Induction training – On commencement of a new practice, induction training can be provided. This helps to ensure the practice is familiar with the services available to them, has access to resources and knows where to go for further information.

Technical Support and CommunicationWe have a dedicated team of Technical Support Consultants who are experienced, knowledgeable and ready to help you. They can assist with your financial planning technical issues relating to legislative and regulatory changes, advantages and disadvantages of particular strategies and technical aspects of various investment, superannuation and insurance vehicles.

You will receive regular communications about changes that you need to be aware of, legislative information, new programs and product offerings via weekly and monthly email messages.

Investment Research and Recommended Product List (RPL)• Recommended Product List (RPL) – You will have

access to investment research on each product on Jigsaw’s extensive RPL, which gives you the option of augmenting your existing Authorised Product List. The RPL is updated on a monthly basis, with only those fund managers and life companies who

meet our quantitative and qualitative research criteria being included.

• Research Services – The team conducts annual reviews across all sectors on the RPL to determine their suitability and to review new strategies that have been made available to the market. The team also manages both income and accumulation models along with extensive reporting that can be implemented by Jigsaw practices. The team includes a dedicated risk insurance specialist with extensive industry knowledge and experience.

• A library of investment research related documents is available on request. It contains managed fund profiles, monthly model portfolio reports, quarterly portfolio analysis and discussion papers on mainstream and alternative investment concepts.

• Monthly economic and market commentaries give a run-down of recent asset class performance and an explanation of the economic drivers behind the numbers. Monthly market commentaries are usually made available halfway through each month.

Revenue Collections and ReportingJigsaw provides a streamlined and efficient payment system for the processing of product revenue. Revenue is remitted on a fortnightly basis into your nominated bank account, with a variety of revenue reporting available.

A Fee4Service system is also available which offers an easy, automated facility to process and manage your advice fee payments.

Recruitment ServicesOur national recruitment team can provide the following to support your adviser recruitment needs:

• Human Capital Toolkit (PROVA Pack)

• Candidate sourcing and access to recruitment and HR templates relating to recruitment, induction, performance and reward/recognition, and job board sourcing.

• Candidate assessment, qualification and education verification.

Quality Advice ServicesFrom time to time, your advisers may want their Statement of Advice documents to be checked by an independent resource. Our experienced Vetting team can review these documents in-line with Jigsaw advice guidelines and provide a full report back to you as a Licensee with suggested improvements.

Client CommunicationOur client newsletter system delivers professionally designed practice branded client newsletters, adviser profiles and social media posts in minutes – using pre-approved content, providing the following benefits:

• Topical and timely articles of interest to your clients

• Different templates (Market update, Snapshot, Newsletter) available

• Customisation by selecting articles for inclusion from our library

• You can publish your newsletter in various formats – html, print or PDF.

Recruitment ServicesThe following are available at an additional cost:

AFS and Credit Licence Application and Variation SupportJigsaw can provide assistance with Australian Financial Services and Credit Licence Applications through an outsourced provider at a discount price. The service includes skills and experience assessment of up to two Responsible Managers, an Introductory Responsible Manager training course, provision of template ‘proof’ documents and guidance in completing them, templated underlying procedures, checklists and registers, assistance and liaison with ASIC on application submission.
