Symptoms While logging into the application through http://host.domain:port/oa_servlets/AppsLogin , the error "HTTP 404 - File not found" appears on the page. Changes Customer cloned on to IBM HACMP cluster server. There are two ip addresses configured, service and physical. Both were showing up in the cluster. Cause The issue is caused by the following setup: Incorrect virtual hostname configuration at IBM HACMP cluster nslookup output did not return correct value. . Solution To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

.SolutionTo implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Correct virtual ip and hostname configuration at IBM HACMP cluster.Make sure nslookup gives the output as follows:e.g. nslookup ebs11i.oracle.comServer: util1.oracle.com Address: 15.61.268.18

Name: ebs11i.oracle.com Address: 15.61.208.104

2. Modify /etc/hosts file to have webhost as the first entry in the following format. e.g.15.61.208.104 ebs11i.oracle.com ebs11i
