Welcome back to school ! We hope this second term will be full of enjoyable learning experiences and superb achievements.

Kindly note the following matters :

Term One report will be uploaded on the school web site in the first week of Term Two. To receive the report use your ward CPR in the user name and

password. You will receive SMS to inform you about the date of uploading.

Reset Exam for students who have not passed in the end of term 1 exam will be on 12 February 2017

End of Term Exam answer scripts will be distrusted in the first week of the second term for grades 4 to 12 . The subject teacher will go through all the

answers in order for your ward to reflect on his/her performance . Any doubts or quarries will be attended to immediately . If the parent has a doubt towards

the results he /she could request for an appeal. Appeal requests will be attended only on 7-8-9 February . Please Contact 39321110 ( this number is only

for appeal process ) .

Please make sure to send your child to school with his/her proper and complete uniform clean and neat.

Registration for new school year 2017 – 2018

Registration for our students is from 12 Feb to March 15 . (Only for APG students)



Sports day

This most awaited event will be as per the following schedule :

_ 19th Feb - SPORTS DAY (1, 2,3)

_ 20th Feb -SPORTS DAY (4-6)

_ 23th Feb -SPORTS DAY(7-8)

Please note that all students should wear their PE uniform . A T- shirts and a meal will be provided in the venue for all the participants .

Final reminder : Students who wish to publish their articles in the School year book “ The Pearl year book ” , can submit them to the homeroom teachers

latest by end of February .

Grade 7 trip The school arranges a trip to Scie-tech in Saudi Arabia.

Please make sure to respond to the letter regarding the trip . Deadline to accept response is 19th February 2017
