Ingredients:1 cup white sugar1 cup water10­20 drops doTERRA essential oils

Method:In a sauce pan combine sugar and water.Heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.Remove from heat and let cool. AdddoTERRA essential oils to taste and perflavor desired.

Ingredients:3 ounces cooled brewed Earl Grey Tea1.5 ounces Gin of choice1.5 ounce Lavender Lemon Simple SyrupBergamot essential oil (optional)Lemon rind to garnish

Method:In shaker combine all ingredients. Pour overfresh ice and garnish with lemon rind

Ingredients:3 ounces tequilaJuice of two limes1.5 ounces Rosemary Wild OrangeSimple SyrupClub soda or sparkling water (optional)Turbinado SugarRosemary essential oilSprig of Rosemary to garnish

Method:In shaker combine first four ingredients and shaketo chill. Add a drop of Rosemary oil to turbinadosugar, stir, then rim glass with flavored sugar.Pour over fresh ice and garnish with sprig of Rosemary.Add a splash of club soda!

Ingredients:2 ounces champagne or prosecco1 ounce gin½­1 ounce Lavender Lemon simple syrupSprig of lavender

Method:In shaker combine gin, ice and simple syrup.Shake to chill. Strain into flute and top withchampagne or prosecco. Garnish with a sprigof lavender.

Ingredients:2 ounces vodka1 ounce Simple Syrup2 drops Black Pepper essential oil1 drop Basil essential oil4 slices cucumber, plus one to garnish

Method:In shaker muddle 4 cucumber slices. Combinevodka, ice, simple syrup and essential oil. Shake tochill. Strain into martini glass and garnish with aslice of cucumber and fresh ground black pepper.

Ingredients:1 ounce vodka1 ounce fresh carrot juice1/2­1 ounce Ginger Simple Syrup4 drops Tangerine essential oilCandied ginger to garnish

Method:Combine all ingredients in a shaker with iceStrain into martini glassGarnish with candied ginger

Ingredients:2 blackberries, plus 2 more for garnish1 1/2 ­ 2 ounces Bourbon 1 ounce Lemon simple syrup1 drop ginger essential oilLemon slice or rind for garnish

Method:In a shaker, muddle 2 blackberriesAdd ice, bourbon, simple syrup and a drop ofginger essential oil. Give it a good shake!Strain into a highball glass half full of iceGarnish with whole blackberries and aslice of lemon or rind

Maharani

Maharani3 ounces Bourbon Whiskey1/2 one fresh lime juiceda few springs fresh mint3 ounces Maharani simple syrup

Method:Muddle mint and Maharani Simple Syrup. Add ice and all remaining ingredients toshaker. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of lime and a few cardamom pods. 

Maharani Simple Syrup:6 drops Clove essential oil8 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil8 drops Cardamom essential oil6 drops Ginger essential oil6 drops Black Pepper essential oil
