Is the temperature fuse within the EVAP

normal?

Is the defrost heater disconnected?

Check the wire assembly condition

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

6-7. When the defrost is not working

1. When the defrost sensor is short and defective, the defrost does not work but the normal operation continues. (As the self diagnosis check item, it is checked when the power is turn off/on again.)

2. When the temperature fuse is disconnected, the heating gets disabled, making the temperature rise naturally and delaying the COMP OFF time according to defrost to cause temperature defect.

3. When the defrost sensor is open and defective, the heating does not end and disconnects the temperature fuse to maintain the COMP OFF condition. (As the self diagnosis check item, it is checked when the power is turn off/on again.)
