As part of employee exposure initiative at TIPSGLOBAL, several companies have setup exclusive business incubation hubs on campus where students learn to manage and grow businesses. Students take up various roles in these companies including Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Production, Project Management, Quality Control and Finance.

Internships

Internships play a key role in grooming the students into becoming industry ready professionals. All students will have the opportunity to work as interns in organizations during their summer vacation every year. The indust ry exposure and con�dence that students gain during this 4 to 6 weeks of training enables them to build successful careers. In add i t ion to the summer internships, every student will have an extended practical
