The Challenge

Worldwide Logistics, Ltd. is a formidable company in a growing and competitive global industry: logistics. In its first 12 years of operations, Worldwide’s executives had done a good job creating a strong foundation with a savvy sales team and strategic relationships around the world. However, in order to continue competing, the company needed to grow - quickly.
