Support Assistant: Solving incidents

before they would have been opened!


“The support assistant is a feature of the 'Create an Incident' application that allows you to choose

Product / Topic specific categories in order to classify your incident in a more complete way.

Once classified, the support assistant will ask you topic-specific questions and offer solutions based

on your responses.

When you end your interaction with the support assistant, it will transfer the history of your

interaction directly into the incident form and will even choose the best component for your incident;

saving you time and effort while also assisting in creating a more complete incident.”
