Permanent Tenure applies when a dwelling meets the following specifications:

• Home Is the primary residence of the member and is occupied at least 9 months of the year. .

• . Home is located on property owned by the member ·· and meets· an planning and zoning requirements of , the county in which it is located. ·

• Home is built and secured on a . permanent foundation with apprqved water supply and sanitary sewage system; · · ·

• pay for electric s~rvice for a minimum of 12 continuous months,· with billing to begin within 30 days after service is available;

• pay construction costs beyond 1,000 feet prior to construction beginning;

• provide an easement with a clear right of way for the facilities being'.installed. lfeasernent must be cleared by Warren RECC, the memb~r-. will pay for clearing at current rates; . . . . . . .

• pay any additional expense due to special routing of overhead lines at member's request, which may require setting of additional pole(s) or anchors, clearing trees, etc., even though it is within the first 1,000 feet. Warren RECC reserves the right to refuse a proposed route by the member due to accessibility.

• , use a meter base supplied by Warren RECC in sizes from 1 00- to 400-amp, single~phase and 200- to 400-amp, 3-phase. ·

Manufactured Home: Line extensions to mobile, modular, and double-wide homes to provide permanent electric service may be made as outlined above, if ALL of the following co_nditions are met:
