1. ABOUT

1.1 About ALIM

ALIM was a founded in 2021 by Dr. Ammaar Saeed with aim to provide Islamic

and academic education thru a way that would be easier with similar manner,

discipline and curriculum that students receive on offline campus. The

development of ALIM took about two years and launched in 2021.

ALIM’s aim is to build future scholars and professional student of knowledge of

Islam. The power of authentic knowledge is a protection towards division in

Islam and from misguidance. Islam teaches not to divide and ALIM’s system of

education based purely on Quran and authentic traditions with providing

academic education with partial curriculum based on Islamic academic

universities. ALIM has planned, developed, designed and structured in a way

with intention that anyone with basic knowledge of English and computer can

utilize the system.

According to students demand and by the decision of advisory committee,

ALIM will continue making changes that would be more beneficial to students

by adding and offering wide range of academic programs that would build

student future with academic degree.

1.2 Message from Founder

Assalaamu Alaikum

Fifteen years ago, when Allah

guided me to become a

practicing Muslim, my concept

of meaning of life changed from

duniya to Akhirah. I had dream

and vision to develop a system of

education that would benefit

humanity with pure sincerity to please our Creator and forward the

mission of Prophet . After fifteen years, only by the will of Allah

and help, I was able to complete my dream.

The time we are living now, Islam has become very complicated

due to divisions and sects in Islam. Not only non-Muslims as well

as Muslims with basic knowledge of Islam are getting misguided

to divisions by following their sect leaders. Islam teaches to

worship One God and stick to the Sahih traditions of the Prophet .

ALIM’s education is built purely on Quran and Hadith, without

following any particular sect’s education system or following any

group.

My aim and goal is to build strong foundation for next generation

and protection from misguidance by providing authentic

knowledge of Islam.

1.3 About the Founder

Dr Ammaar Saeed is an American Muslim Scholar, an Author and

Chaplain. He is a Founder of Islamic Research Foundation New

York (IRFNY), AHAD TV, ALIM University and Shariah Council

of America.

He completed his Masters in Islamic Studies from International

Open University followed by six years of research in Shariah law.

He has double Majored in Computer Science and Business

Administration. He also holds degrees in Airline Agency Business,

Software Programming, Accounting, Media and Broadcasting and

also a New York Family Court Counselor. He completed PhD in

Counseling Psychology from Theology University.

He had issued thousands of verdicts in Shariah as independent

Jurist by following Quran and Traditions of The Prophet SAW,

without restricting to particular madhhab. He has counseled

hundreds of Muslims throughout the world in family and Shariah

matters.

He has authored numerous books available on Amazon and are

being sold worldwide. The majority of testimonials are about the

books are, it is written in best simplest language that anyone can

read even common Muslim can understand, get clear message and

understanding of subject.

After long journey, finally he accomplished his mission to provide

academic Islamic education and established ALIM University with

multi majors and free diploma programs to help spread authentic

knowledge of Islam.

1.4 About the Organization The main head of the network is Islamic Research Foundation New York

(IRFNY) Founded in 2012 by Dr Ammaar Saeed.

The chapters are AHAD TV, Shariah Council of America and finally

ALIM UNIVERSITY.

IRFNY started its mission with Dawah with dialogs and debates and

removing misconceptions about Islam with non-Muslims, providing

Qurans and publications and for several years, thousands of publications

were distributed and by the will of Allah many became Muslims.

As of 2021, the network owns largest Islamic media in the world. The

network currently owns more than three thousand active websites,

hundreds of YouTube channels and social medias, more than five

thousand free Islamic books and publications online with half a million

data on Google and by will of Allah it is keep increasing. The network

includes about more than fifty people in management.

The aim of having largest content is to spread the authentic teachings of

Islam. Due to corruptions in religions and trying to occupy Google by

enemies of Islam, if anyone trying to search Islamic keywords on

Google, by having more media, it helps to grab the keywords and media

and present truth about Islam. As we work to defend Islam by producing

more content and by will of Allah it is keep increasing.

Due to having more contents, many non-Muslims contacted by phone

and became Muslim throughout the world.

Majority aren’t aware the media and contents are showing on search

results by our network.

We thank Allah for giving us Toufiq to serve humanity. Alhamdulillah

2.1 Mission Statement

ALIM’s goal is to build strong foundation of Islam. The graduates

will have strong foundation of Islam and will practically involve in

communities and start their career, not just for career but to serve

Islam and save the humanity.

We will make sure the students graduated, has started their own

network or institution and coordinating within communities to

gather Muslims to present weekly programs in their local facilities.

The graduates of ALIM will be great strong powerful leaders for

next generation.

ALIM has developed strong courses, unlike seminary programs,

but a strongly built from basic to advance and higher level studies

up to Masters graduate programs in multiple majors offered. It

requires too much hard work and research to pass the exams.

2.4 ALIM Highest Level

ALIM has planned special academic quality further education

program for those, looking to continue their studies to achieve

Doctorate level of particular field.

Once the MA thesis is approved by the committee and passed

exams as required. The students will have a choice to choose a

field they want to start their PhD program or Mufti/Jurist program,

that could take three to four years of research as in the matters of

Jurist program could take a bit longer, due to there will be lot of

requirements of research, assignments and exams.

The programs are formatted in a way the students will graduate

and lead their communities, independently as leader, imam,

teacher, jurist and counselors to help humanity in need.

2.5 After Graduation

The first condition of receiving Islamic education is to understand

the laws of The Creator by following the authentic education of

Islam and then apply on him/her self with pure intention to please

Allah and continue with the mission of serving humanity. If the

intention is to just receive the degree in Islam and called him/her

self a scholar, has a zero reward in akhirah.

The programs are formatted in a way the students will graduate

and lead their communities, independently as leader, imam,

teacher, jurist and counselors to help humanity in need, is among

the best deeds for Sadaqah Jariyah.

4.4 Requirement for Admission

There is no special requirement to get admission on ALIM to study.

Basic English and basic computer requirement.

Also recommended for parents to encourage children to start free

diploma courses to get use to basic knowledge before starting actual

career. Every age is welcome to start your studies in Islam on ALIM.

5. STUDY AND EXAM

5.1 How to Study?

There is no time restriction, students will setup their own time

schedule when to study. The syllabus in the courses will have

details. It will have weekly study materials with reading and

writing assignments. After each week, the students will open the

Quiz for their weekly studies. The quiz will be auto graded to their

reports by end of each semester. ALIM education is completely

online, including, studying, quizzes and exams. Once the courses

registered to students and enrollment completed, the syllabus will

explain how to study and follow step by step according to syllabus.

5.2 What is the Study Format?

Registration will be opened throughout the year. There will be two

semesters, about six courses each semester.

Nothing is possible without the will of Allah and by the supporters, who helped

in completing the project of ALIM UNIVERSITY.

The project was developed with pure sincerity to please Allah to serve humanity

to make the Islamic education affordable and with flexibility, that no one would

held back due to lack of sources, but rather, we have option for those who

cannot afford at all, but still can study under special arrangement in system to

provide education just to make it Sadaqah Jariyah. The aim is to continue the

mission of the Prophet to spread the knowledge.

As for the students, has passion of learning Islam and get authentic knowledge,

cannot afford. Supporters can donate with intention to pay it forward for the

student for them to study continue. We have program setup, where general

public can sponsor a student for select term.

As Muslim, we invest in this Duniya for akhirah to please The Creator and make

this continue charity.
