Original desktop document. Document is brought over to the smartphone. Data that can be displayed are shown. Other data such as headers and footers are stored.

Changes and edits are made on the smartphone.

– Example: If a policy is in place to prevent the use of SD cards, Documents To Go will not be able to save a file to the SD card

Enterprise Product Licensing Details

Enterprise licensing includes:

• License activation code for all users, ALX files and a custom IT policy for site-wide deployment and activation from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

• Site wide activation of Premium Edition eliminates the need for users to download and register independently.

• Ability to transfer licenses to new hardware or individuals.• Additional purchases are cumulative under the one license agreement thereby pricing discounts of larger

tiers can be realized on subsequent purchases. – For example, if a customer purchases a 50-user volume license ($40 per user) in January and then

adds an additional 50 users in April; the per user cost for the additional 50 users falls into the 100-499 tier ($35 per user) because the total user count is now 100 users.
