According to the KPMG India-FICCI Indian Media and Entertainment Industry Report 2017, the Indian animation and VFX industry grew at 16.4 per cent in 2016 to reach a size of Indian Rupees 59.5 billion, driven majorly by a 31 per cent growth in VFX, and with animation remaining steady at a growth rate of 9 percent.
Similar to the BPO industry, India with its massive English speaking young and creative talent continues to attract outsourced work from countries like USA, Canada, United Kingdom and a many other European and Asian countries. The Indian entertainment industry on the other hand also has seen phenomenal growth in the last few years owing to the advancement of Online Media and the birth of TV Channels like Netfilx & Amazon etc. Moreover Bollywood not only continues to entertain the 1.35 billion people in India, but is also a big favourite in the Middle East and other countries around the world.
The Visual Effects and Animation industry in India is growing rapidly and is expected to employ a sizeable amount of the young generation in the years to come.

Founded in 2008, Illusion Ethereal Studios is a VFX, animation and special effects studio providing service to films, television and advertisements. The creative team of artists at IES has worked with Hollywood production houses and is well versed with industry standards, latest techniques and quality of work recognized internationally.
With over 50 feature films including Marathi, Hindi and Hollywood movies, various TV series, webs series, commercials and corporate films, the IES team has vast experience of working on a variety of projects.
