Text10:ACZ Laboratories, Inc. (ACZ) received 11 groundwater samples from Rio Algom Mining Company on August 10, 2018. The samples were received in good condition. Upon receipt, the sample custodian removed the samples from the cooler, inspected the contents, and logged the samples into ACZ's computerized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The samples were assigned ACZ LIMS project number L46194. The custodian verified the sample information entered into the computer against the chain of custody (COC) forms and sample bottle labels.

Text10:These samples were analyzed for inorganic, radiochemistry parameters. The individual methods are referenced on both, the ACZ invoice and the analytical reports. The extended qualifier reports may contain footnotes qualifying specific elements due to QC failures. In addition the following has been noted with this specific project:

1. (N1) Carrier recovery outside of acceptance limits due to sx matrix. Sample had excessive amounts of precipitation after step 11.16 resulting in low carrier yield.
