Project Speciality
Creation of the duct riser drawing and damper sleeve drawing for fire rated wall.
1. Coordination Challenge: We have faced coordination challenge in Level 2 (Floor) of the Building as every element is not possible to accommodate within the available space.
Solution: Our lead coordinator raised RFIs to the client for changing a few designs owing to the coordination problem. Consequently, the design has been updated by the architect from the client's side.
2. Input Challenge/Missing Information: Lack of equipment submittal during the initial phase of the model creation.
Solution: We have raised RFIs and conducted Webex meeting every week to get the missing information from the client.
