TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FULL TIME RECREATION STAFF! Each week features frog hunts, crafts, sporting games, Honey Bear “live”, weekly movies, bingo and during July & August, Friday night bonfires, Sunday worship services, and so much more. Our restaurant hosts a variety of entertainment including live music, DJs, and line dancing several evenings every week. Fireworks are displayed Thursdays, 9:30pm, at Lake George Village during July and August.

GUEST MESSAGES - Only Emergency messages will be delivered to sites. All other messages will be posted on the Guest Message Board located outside the Fun Center Arcade.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in after 1pm (Rentals 4pm). Check out before 11am. To avoid disturbing fellow campers NO check-ins are permitted after 10:00PM. All vehicles must register before entering the campground. All weather camping. No refunds for early departure.

CABLE TV - Cable TV hookups are available on all full-hookup sites and on Water & Electric 50/30 amp sites.

SECURITY - When entering the resort, be certain that your pass is visible to the guard. To reach the Security Gate Guard House from a phone outside resort, dial 518-623-3207(day) or 518-708-3490(night) from any regular, pay or cell phone. If no one is there, leave a complete detailed message on the answering machine. Managers will be periodically retrieving the messages.

VISITORS - Visiting guests of registered campers must register at the office. Visitor/Guest Fee - $6 (ages 16 & up) per person per day. No visitors after 9:00PM unless pre-arranged with office.

FIRES - Fires are permitted only in fire-rings. Do not move fire-rings. Please put fire out completely before leaving camp site. No cutting of trees. No fireworks allowed.

WATER - State tested & approved deep artesian well piped through the resort

PETS - Pets are welcome in your camping unit, and provided they are kept on a leash, cleaned up after, not left unattended, and they do not infringe on the peace & enjoyment of your neighbor’s camping experience. All dogs brought into Park must provide a copy of their up to date vaccination records. Pets are only allowed in designated pet rental units. Pets are not welcome in any buildings, the Grill, pool or beach areas.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - Should be secured at all times and never left unattended at your site or anywhere on the property.

CIGARETTES - The discarding of cigarette butts can be done in a neat and safe manner. Please either burn them or discard them in the garbage. (Make certain they are completely out first.) Please do not drop them under your picnic table, chairs, or on your campsite.

SPEED LIMIT - For the Safety of our guests, especially the children, the resort speed limit is 5 mph. The children are having fun and get very excited; they don’t remember the basic rules of safety and can dart in and out very quickly. In an effort to maintain the highest level of safety to our guests, and their children, we have implemented a Safety Summons. We ask your help in enforcing the 5 mph speed limit. Report speeders to the Gate Attendants or our Rangers. License numbers, vehicle descriptions or site numbers is all that is needed.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES - All motorized vehicles may only be operated by a licensed driver (ONLY QUIET gas or electric scooters/skateboards, motor bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, autos, etc). NO ATV’s, No Exceptions.

LOST AND FOUND - at Honey Bear’s Store located outside pool area. Jewelry, electronics & valuables will be located at the Lodge.

POOL - Children under 18 years of age are not allowed in pool area without their parents. Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children. No cut-offs or T-shirts in pool, bathing suits only. No diapers in pool.

BICYCLE - Helmets are required for children 14 years old & younger (New York State Law). No bike riding after dark. .

NOISES/DISTURBANCES - Stay up and enjoy your campfires, but quietly please, sound travels loud and far at night. Quiet time is Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 8am, and Friday & Saturday 11pm to 8am, respect your fellow campers. Chainsaws, generators, firearms, fire-works, slingshots or bows & arrows are not allowed. REFUNDS - Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, weather or for early departure.

WASTE - NYS has mandatory recycling. Please help by doing your part for our environment. We have several dumpsters located throughout the campground. All non-recyclable trash should be put inside the dumpsters, clear bags are recommended. Alongside dumpsters are containers marked for recyclables. Please separate your trash from recyclables. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We do not pick up trash at sites. DISPOSAL - Water is not allowed to drain on the ground from any camping unit. Dishwater should be disposed of at the proper disposal area. Sewer collars required on all full hookup sites. No other items will be picked up (i.e. broken chairs, grills, tents). You will need to take them with you when you depart. Garbage or cans should not be thrown in the fire rings.

GENERAL - Be considerate of your neighbors. Do not walk through campsites other than your own. Cutting down trees, shrubs and/or foliage is prohibited. Washing of cars or camping units not permitted. Ask for directions to the RV wash bay in Warrensburg. Help us to keep our restrooms and laundry facilities clean at all times. Report any malfunctions to our staff. Respect our trees. Please do not bend, cut or drive nails into them. Check announcement boards at the office and pool for the daily activity schedule. Canoes and boats are available for rent at Honey Bear’s Rental Center. No Soliciting of any kind and No visible clothes lines. No Smoking in any Building by NYS LAW.

ONE STRIKE AND YOU’RE OUT POLICY - If a complaint is received by another guest or witnessed by our security department or a staff member, we will give the offending party one warning. If the situation is not rectified immediately and another complaint is received, the offenders will be required to leave immediately. Any person failing to observe our rules will be required to leave this campground with a refund for unused camping. Management is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for the loss of valuables. Please notify management of any problems. If you have any questions, problems or complaints, let us know as soon as possible. We are here to help you have an enjoyable camping experience.
