Our top of the line leg protectors are light and provide unbelievable protection. The legs are constructed from tough closed cell foam meaning that they are more durable and offer better protection than traditional pads.

All of our models have only 2 straps & this combined with their 3D shaping makes for a very snug fit. Aero legs don’t get in the way when playing shots or running - in fact the patented shape of our legs means that all players will be able to run between the wickets faster. For Youth’s players the increase in speed can be up to 9% (or 1.5m) faster!

Trading Terms 2015Trading Terms 2015GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

GeneralThese terms and conditions shall apply to the exclusion of all others including any Terms and Conditions of the Customer (whether on the Customer’s order form or otherwise). No goods or services will be supplied by Aero Sports Protection Limited (Aero) on any terms or conditions other than those set out herein and by taking delivery of the goods the Customer shall be deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PaymentThe Customer agrees to comply with the trading terms of Aero and payment for goods or services shall be made by the Customer to Aero thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. It is agreed that if the Customer does not make payment within the period specified herein then Aero shall have the right to impose a default charge of 2.5% per month to any amount outstanding for more than thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. All payments are to be made directly to Aero. Aero reserves the right to withhold supply if the customer fails to comply with the trading terms of Aero. Aero reserves the right to extend or withhold credit and to determine the length and volume of credit. Any discounts which may apply to a customer are rescinded if the customer is trading outside the terms of Aero.

ClaimsThe Customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods as being in accordance with its order unless the customer notifies Aero of its claim within 7 days of receipt of the goods.No return of allegedly defective or faulty goods will be accepted by Aero unless Aero has given prior authorisation for the return.Goods are not supplied on a “consignment” or “sale or return” basis.Any unauthorised return of goods will incur a 50% handling charge. Any goods returned in a damaged condition will incur a handling charge depending on the condition of the goods.Goods returned for credit must have an original invoice number quoted.Parts and incomplete gear ordered cannot be returned.

WarrantyAll warranties whether expressed or implied and whether statutory or otherwise with regard to the goods supply by Aero as to quality, fitness for purpose or any other matter are hereby excluded except insofar as any such warranties are incapable of exclusion at law. Warranty claims must be forwarded direct to Aero and will be repaired, replaced or credited in that order, at the discretion of Aero. All goods must be forwarded freight prepaid.

Freight CostsAero shall not be liable for freight costs on goods returned to it by the Customer. Freight forwarding will be done at the discretion of Aero unless prior arrangements are made.

CostsShould payment remain outstanding beyond Aero’s payment terms as outlined above, the Customer is liable for all costs including legal costs (on a solicitor/own client basis) and mercantile agents fees incurred by Aero in recovering the amount outstanding.

Change of OwnershipThe customer agrees to notify Aero in writing of any change of ownership of the customer within 7 days from the date of such a change and indemnifies Aero against any loss or damage incurred by it as a result of the Customer’s failure to notify Aero of any change.

CancellationOrders placed with Aero cannot be cancelled without the approval of Aero. In the event that Aero accepts the cancellation of any order placed with it, it shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for any work done on behalf of Aero to the date of cancellation including a fee for the processing and acceptance of the Customer’s order and request for cancellation.

LienThe Customer hereby acknowledges that Aero has a lien over all the goods in its possession belong-ing to the customer to secure payment of any or all amounts outstanding from time to time.

Title to GoodsNotwithstanding anything to the contrary expressed or implied, property of the goods shall remain with Aero and shall not pass to the Customer until Aero has received payment in full for the goods and the Customer has discharged in full all its accounts with Aero. For the avoidance of doubt, if goods are partially paid for, then title in those goods does not pass to the Customer until such time as the goods have been paid for in full. Should the Customer on-sell goods which it hasn’t paid for, then the Customer agrees that at the date of that on-sale, title in any other goods previously sup-plied by Aero (which the Customer continues to have on hand) will be deemed to be transferred by the Customer to Aero up the value of any amount owing by the Customer to Aero. If payment is made by the Customer by way of cheque, ownership shall not pass to the Customer until the cheque has been honoured.Until the goods are paid for in full the Customer shall hold all goods supplied by Aero (whether paid for or not) as a Trustee for Aero.In the event that the Customer fails to pay Aero for the goods by the due date required for payment under Aero’s terms of trade, the Customer hereby agrees to deliver up goods previously supplied by Aero (whether paid for or not) to Aero upon demand by Aero and consents to Aero retaining pos-session of such goods up to the value of the amount unpaid. Aero retains the right to enter premises and seize goods in the event of a default in payment.The parties acknowledge that by supplying or accepting goods on the terms herein specified, it is not intended to create a charge, mortgage or other security interest over any of the goods supplied.

CertificateA certificate signed by an officer of Aero will be prima face evidence of the Customer’s liability to Aero at the date of the Certificate.

JurisdictionThe proper law of all contracts arising between Aero and the Customer is the law of England and the parties agree that all claims and disputes relating to the goods sold shall be determined in the Court of competent jurisdiction nearest Bromley in Kent.

In no event shall the liability of Aero exceed the value of those goods supplied by Aero.

Authorised Aero accounts with purchases less than £2,000 annually will be subject to review and closure at the discretion of Aero.

No employee of Aero (with the exception of Aero’s Managing Director), agent, customer or other has the authority to alter the Terms and Conditions of Aero.
