Ottawa benefits from the many individuals, families, groups and businesses that make outstanding contributions of time, leadership and financial support to countless organizations. The Philanthropy Awards was created to acknowledge these true expressions of philanthropy. Recognize the individuals, organizations and businesses that make a difference to your organization and to the non- profit community. NOMINATION FORM OUTSTANDING EMERGENCY RESPONSE – INDIVIDUAL PHILANTHROPIST OR VOLUNTEER, BUSINESS, GROUP, FOUNDATION, CHARITY OR OTHER ORGANIZATION
This one-time award recognizes the extraordinary philanthropic efforts undertaken by an individual philanthropist or volunteer, business, group, foundation, charity or other organization in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please include with your nomination:
Evidence of significant philanthropic leadership or volunteerism in response to the crisis;
Evidence of impact on human welfare amid the crisis;
Description of time, effort, as well as a description of goals achieved as a result.
Note: a maximum of three (3) letters of support may be included.
