FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My child normally participates in CASA or YMCA. Can they participate in an after school class? Yes! Children who typically go to CASA or YMCA will be dismissed to the ASAP class attendance site on the day of their ASAP activity and will be accompanied to CASA/YMCA by the ASAP instructors upon dismissal of their ASAP class. I registered for multiple classes but haven’t received confirmation for all of them. We have many confirmations to send out upon registration completion. Occasionally we have adjustments that need to be made to class rosters that delay confirmations being sent out for specific classes. If you have not received confirmation for all the classes you registered for by January 30th, please email us at [email protected]. How do I arrange for a different person to pick up my child from ASAP? Please send us an email at [email protected] with the new information. Also, please send a note in with your student and have them give it to their ASAP instructor if there is to be a change in their dismissal plan. Where does my child go for ASAP? Students for all ASAP classes (except Scooter Hockey and Math Olympiad) will meet in the music room for attendance and will then proceed to their class site with their ASAP instructors. How are prices for classes determined? Our vendors determine their own prices based on their assessment of current market values, factoring in a 15% donation of proceeds to our PTO. Vendors attempt to bring outside opportunities directly to our students at the lowest price possible. Additionally, class prices often reflect costs for insurance, maintenance of equipment, professional organization fees, materials fees, etc. My child goes to day care. Can I have their day care pick them up after ASAP? Day care transport can be authorized to pick up your student from ASAP. Please be sure to inform any pick up designee of our very strict NO LATE PICK UP policy. Vendors are required to remain with students until they are picked up from ASAP. Keeping our vendors waiting on transportation for students is not only discourteous, but harms our relationships with outside vendors.
