Internship@AIA財務策劃實習課程

Internship@AIA財務策劃實習課程，旨在

透過多元化的財務策劃培訓課程及實習工

作體驗，幫助年青人早日建立正確的理財

觀念，明白善於理財對人生成長之重要。

讓有志投身財務策劃、保險及財富管理行

業的大專生，早一步深入認識及體驗財務

策劃行業，比別人更快踏上專業之路。

實習第一部份是連續5天的全日課程，除

為學員提供實習工作體驗及實用課程，深

入探討風險管理、保險及財富管理各個範

疇的知識及技巧外，學員更有機會親身體

驗商業社會及金融服務行業的業務運作，

藉此提昇個人實力。

回顧過去花絮：01 畢業典禮 A Wonderful Hour at AIA Central – 中環友邦金融中心舉行畢業典禮頒發證書，並邀請學員的

家人和朋友到場支持，讓學員有機會與一眾管理層近距離接觸。

02 Barter Game 從體驗活動中，如以物易物的活動中，學習有效制定策略和目標，突破與陌生人溝通，具體實踐

財務策劃概念。

03-04 成功人士分享 財務策劃實習課程亦邀請了不同範疇的導師及出色的財務策劃顧問，包括香港財務策劃師學會的

代表、退休管理及信託管理的專家等，讓學員深入淺出汲取全面專業財務策劃知識，學習如何建立人際關係，發揮潛能。

05-06 課堂學習 財務策劃實習生透過導師教授、小組討論、匯報題目、互動遊戲，迅速掌握財務策劃知識及銷售

Internship@AIA財務策劃實習課程自2004年推出以來，

一直都大受歡迎。去年暑期財務策劃實習課已接獲接近

1,300份報名申請，由於反應熱烈，本年度名額將增至每

班150人。

劃、壽險和意外及醫療保險，以滿足個人客戶在儲蓄及保

Permanent resident.2. Applicant must have attained college or above qualification.3. The Programme is offered free of charge, but will not be remunerated.4. No certification will be issued if 80% attendance of the Programme cannot be reached.5. The Company reserves the absolute right for final determination in respect of the

acceptance and rejection of (i) the application of the Programme and (ii) the approval of free or prior enrollment of the relevant insurance courses or examinations after the completion of the Programme.

6. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the Programme or at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The internship program offers me a large variety of both working experience with financial planning and interpersonal skills to improve myself. At AIA, I found my dream which motivated me to look for ways to fulfill. I feel like AIA cares about everyone especially fresh graduates. They guided us to view life in a different perspective.

透過暑期財務策劃實習課程，我更了財務策劃的行業，

此外，我很高興認識到20多位的組員，建立美好的友

誼，一同完成不少任務，十分開心。

2013暑假實習生的課後感想

5天的日子，我學會財務策劃的基本概念，更學會人際關係的

Soft Skill，使我認識到自己是個活潑型的人，幫助我在未來日子

不斷提升及自我突破。

After attending this internship program, I realize that the importance of financial planning. Besides, it gave me a chance to find out my life goal and my weakness. It was a precious opportunity to me to join several games such as barter game so as to train my communication and organizing skills. This was a memorable experience.
