MarketingSpring 2015

Marketing is in charge of advertising AIESEC while facilitating proper brand alignment and conducting market research. It is

responsible for all social media advertising, marketing products, marketing events, and design.

Graphic DesignerGenerate aesthetically pleasing marketing material such as flyers, quarter sheets, or social media material, and facilitate proper brand alignment.

Marketing ManagerOversee all activity within the marketing team. Help with macro event planning and make sure events run smoothly. Coordinate synergy within the team and all other

functional teams at AIESEC at App State.

Incoming ExchangeSpring 2015

The Incoming Exchange team facilitates the arrival of international interns by helping create internship opportunities as well as helping

them while they are in the country.

Account Delivery

Managing the matching and realization processes of our internships. Communicating with Trainees before and during their stay. Facilitating relationships between Trainees and their respective business.

General Member

Creating partnerships with companies in our region with the intent of creating traineeships for students.

Outgoing Exchange- Global CitizenSpring 2015

The Outgoing Exchange team is responsible for sending students abroad on volunteer and internship opportunities. Our Global

Citizen program sends people on 6 week to 3 month long volunteer experiences abroad.

Marketing SynergistEnsure synergy with the marketing team and work alongside the OGX (Outgoing Exchange) synergist from the marketing team to plan effective marketing events for OGX.

EP ManagerThe purpose of the EPM (Exchange Participant Manager) is to assist and support the student during the exchange process. The EPM will guide the student through the logistics of getting matched and provide high quality customer service.

Outgoing Preparation Seminar PlannerTo ensure all students are fully prepared for their internships so confusion and quality cases are prevented once they are abroad.

EP Social PlannerTo plan events so students going on exchange (Exchange Participants) can get together to discuss what they want out of an AIESEC experience.

Outgoing Exchange- Global TalentSpring 2015

The Outgoing Exchange team is responsible for sending students abroad on volunteer and internship opportunities. Our Global Talent program sends people on 3 month to 18 month long

international internships.

Colombia Coordinator To continue sustaining our Local Committee to Local Committee partnerships (Bogota and Tolima) in Colombia to drive high quality results for our Exchange Participants.

Poland CoordinatorTo continue sustaining our Local Committee to Local Committee partnership (Wroclaw) in Poland to drive high quality results for our Exchange Participants.

Turkey CoordinatorTo continue sustaining our Local Committee to Local Committee partnership (Kocaeli) in Turkey to drive high quality results for our Exchange Participants.

External RelationsTo successfully establish relationships with the Business Department, Education Department, and clubs that would benefit AIESEC and could benefit the external.

The Finance team is responsible for all strategic financial investments, accounting, and financial consulting within AIESEC
