Purpose Understanding
Key activities A LEAD programme meant to activate and develop the internal leadership pipeline of Chile. 3 level programme (LCPs and MC EB, EB members, Team Leaders and Team Members).
Short and long term.
Through trainings and conferences, but not only. Leadership must be part both of strategies and daily activities in order to become “the way we do business around here”.

Key activities National recruitment alignment in order to make sure we have the right people in the right place and also we deliver an efficient recruitment project in order to foster exchange results/raising peaks and not limit them.
New members education and induction alignment. Talent Capacity.
Sustain the network to deliver a mature recruitment (TTR, TM Summit).

Key activities TM purpose understanding.
We first need to understand our role in the organization and then not only communicate that to our entity, but showcase our results and impact inside the organization, thus making sure we position TM the way it should be. TM area culture.
