Interns' Buddies

Buddy responsibilities

This is AIESEC’s responsibility to take care and supportour people (EPs), as well as create environment for our

AIESEC members to develop leadership.

- Organizing days – out for interns to experience andexplore Vietnam landscape, Vietnamese cuisine andculture- The first day out should be maximum in 3 days of theintern’s arrival- Participate in Buddy-EP Challenges with interns

- Maximum the whole project timeline- Minimum 1,5 weeks after intern arrived

Interns' Pickup

Pre-pickup to-do list

- Note down interns' flight ID

- Note down interns' accommodations address

- Write interns' names on Papers clearly

- Stalk interns' facebook for faces to recognize them

- Prepare some topics to talk with them (project

infomation is optional)

- Take Intern Service's phone for emergencies

Pickup to-do list

- Come to Terminal 2 - International Terminal 1st floor (see

details in Traport to airport)

- Check for interns' flights on the screen: ID, Time arrives,

Gate A1 or A2, arrived yet?

- Wait at the right gate: name of the gate is on the wall not

on the TV screen

- Hang on name's paper for interns to recognize you

- Get them, greetings, introduction

- Exchange money for them (see Money & Currency

exchange)

- Buy them Viettel SIM card at T1 (there is a Viettel store):

top-up 100,000 vnd and register for Mobile internet (see in

Telecommunications)

- Go to interns' accommodations (see in Transport from

airport)

Taxi(recommended): Goout of the door andsearch for taxi.Interns must paythe whole taxi fee
