GENERAL INFORMATION

I/ AIESEC FTU HANOI VIETNAM

AIESEC FTU HN was established

in 2009. Despite being one of the

youngest LCs in Vietnam, it has

experienced the fast pace of

development.


We have successfully held noted projects like: SUMMER CAMP, GLOBAL

PASSPORTS, THE GLOBAL ACTIVATING LEADERSHIP DAY (GLAD) ,

DASH FOR IMPACTS, etc

II/ BC GROUP VIETNAM

BC GROUP is a social enterprise which was

established in 2011. BC GROUP consults and

provides services on Travel, Transportation,

Restaurant/ Hotel and Event/Communications.

Its objective is to develop the community through

products and services related to Education,

Tourism, Culture, Social activities

Its vision is to create products contributing to change the world and help us to

get a better life; and to become the most powerful organizations in Vietnam in

terms of scale profits, income for members and to partner with potential and

talented employers in Vietnam.

Statistics:

More than 200 programs and projects were organized with nearly 800000

children, the elderly and disadvantaged youth to raise awareness about the

environment through the program

1500 BC members in Vietnam and many countries in the world

BC has regular contacts with over 1290 individual/ organizational and cultural

journalism and society

Over 1 400 articles TV reports said about the BC group programs

BC Group weekly organized “Soup Pot of Love” at the Agricultural

hospital in Hanoi to help a part of poor patients and also to raise the

awareness of the whole community about the situation of those miserable

group of people


BC GROUP is one of the founding organizations of voluntary youth Hanoi

on 4/5/2008 in which thousands of young volunteers of the capital gather

and organize social activities

III/ NGO-Volunteering projects

NGO project of AIESEC FTU HN is a project cooperated with an NGO. Our

mission is to provide non-profit organizations (NGOs) and social enterprises (SES)

with a team of young, proactive, energetic and potential international students to

make impacts in the society by joining community projects.

- The interns should be contribute their knowledge to media work at BC. At the

moment, BC Club is working as a local NGO in Hanoi. The expected programs

and events are completely involved to Volunteering Projects like Soup Love

Project, “Gathering Love – Sharing Smile Project”, English Tour Project

(community tourism)...

- Volunteer Tour Project: The Volunteer Tour program was created on the concept

of combining traveling and community service. By joining these trips to many

beautiful places of Vietnam, travelers not only discover new attractions and

destinations but are also able to be a volunteer, bringing gifts, scholarships,

medical care and happiness to the poor children and elders visited.


- English Tour Project: is designed with the goal of improving one’s English in a

fun and engaging way – by interacting with foreigners as we explore famous

landmarks around Hanoi.

- Soup Pot of Love Project: This is charity project in which people from BC and

other teams assemble to make soup pots and deliver them freely to poor patients at

Agriculture hospital on every Saturday, from 8.45 am to 11.am

.


INTERN’S WORK INFORMATION

I/ JOB DESCRIPTION AND ACTIVITIES

Job description 1: Building media plans for any programs or events organized by

BC GROUP.

Job description 2: Setting up and reporting media content

Job description 3: Managing website and other social media channels

Job description 4: Researching, collecting and reporting information as required

by BC GROUP

Job description 5: Participation in AIESEC integration events like city tours, tea

talk, cooking days, etc.

Job description 6: Reporting and giving feedback: Interns help AIESEC FTU

Hanoi to report and feedback the whole experience working in BC GROUP to

form a basement for NPO team.

Good level of English (required)

Computer user skill: Candidates are required to specialize at web designing (in

English), and marketing online (Forum, mail, social media). Any official certificate

or documents proving working experience would be appreciated

Interest in community volunteer work

Sales and marketing or design or catering backgrounds (preferred)

Proactiveness and open-mindedness

There are hundreds of kinds of sticky rice

that you have to come here and describe

them yourself

Thin rice wrapping, shrimp and pork filling,

salty but sweet sauce, together with fresh herb

will bring you the amazing meal.
