Unloading: R e m o v e the m agazine by pressing the m agazifle catch(fig, 15) toward the magaz;ne; then swing the magazine forward and outof the receiver.. Pull the operating handle fully to the reart inspectthe chamber and receiver. If no cartridge is present, release theoperating hand1e and pull the tri-gger (fig 16).

Zeroing; Set the rear sight for the desired range by pressing inon the s1id-e catch and moving the s1ide bar along the 1eaf until thefrolnt edge of the bar is al igned with the 1ine below the number thatcorrespDnds with the range in meters (fig 1 7 ) . .

Night Sighting Device: The night sighting device (f'i9 49) is at-tached by snaJJPing it oVler the sight~ It carl be moved out of the wayin order to use conventional sights in the daytime. To use this de-vice~ align the luminous dots (fig 50) over each other and on the tar-gets aim and fire.
