AKSes (Securities Ownership Reference) is a facility given to Investor to directly monitor

Securities portfolio owned in KSEI system. This facility is available for capital market

investor who has opened sub account in KSEI through Securities Company (Broker) or

Custodian Bank.

To come into the facility, investor is required to perform steps as follow:

1. to complete registration.2. to make User ID.3. to login to AKSes facility.

The following are explanations for those activities:

I. AKSes Registration for ClientThis registration is performed by inputting personal data to get Investor ID Single

Investor ID (SID) number and to login to AKSes facility.

Steps to be performed are as follow:

1. By using internet explorer, go intohttp://akses.ksei.co.id2. Click Investor Area3.

4. Complete your personal data in the form below

Account ID: Sub Securities Account opened in Securities Company orCustodian Bank.

Broker/Custodian: Name of Securities Company or Custodian Bank whereclient has opened Sub Securities Account.

Name: Name available in Sub Securities Account, non editable field. Date of Birth: date of birth for individual client or companys establishment

date for corporate client.

ID Number KTP: Identity card number KTP. ID Number NPWP: Tax registration number NPWP. ID Number Passport: Identity card number Passport.

Nationality: Nationality. Mobile Phone: Mobile phone number. Correspondence Address: Mailing address, choose (home) or (office)

a. Home Country: Name of country. Address: Address. Province: Province, data available iffield countryis Indonesia. City: City, data available iffield countryis Indonesia. Zip Code: Postal Code. Phone Number: Phone number.

b. Office Country: Name of country. Address: Address. Province: Province, data available iffield countryis Indonesia. City: City, data available iffield countryis Indonesia. Zip Code: Postal Code.

7. Print the form AKSes Formby Clicking Printmenu8. Send the form to your broker for data verification and approval process by

broker.

9. Or save the form by Clicking Send to Emailthen, insert your email address.10.Click Finish to end the process.

II. Login to AKSes FacilityAfter receivingpin mailerand investor card from KSEI through securities company

(broker) and custodian bank, investor can log in to AKSes facility (investor area) by

performing the following steps:

II.1 First-time Activation (User ID, Password and Secret Question Making)

This process is performed when log in for the first time to make user ID,

passwordand answer 5 secret question for the next log in purpose.

1. Using internet explorer to enter into AKSes website (investor area)http://akses.ksei.co.id

2. Click Investor Area3. Click Create Your Own User ID for First Log in.4. Based on Investor ID number on AKSes Card and pin code number on pin

mailer, enter the following data:

a. InvestorID: InvestorID number available on the front page of AKSes Card.b. Check digits: check digits number ofInvestorID on the back page of AKSes

Card.

c. Pin Code:pin code number onpin mailer.Check digits

5. Click Next, enter the following data:a. User ID: Fill out preferred user ID (Unique User ID). 8 characters at

minimum ( alphanumerical characters letter and digit).

b. Password: Enterpasswordby usingpin padavailable on the screen.c. Confirm Password: Enter password again by using virtual keyboard

provided on the screen.

d. Email: Enter email address (email)e.

Secret question: Answer 5 questions provided based on clientspreference. Please memorize/write down each answer as it will

be questioned on the next activity.

7. Clickradio buttonI agree with the term and conditions(as shown in thepicture below)

8. Click Submit.9. Afterwards, you will directly log in (as shown below)

II.2 Access on the following occasion

1. Enter user ID data made on first activation on User ID field.

2. Click Next.3. Enter password data made on first activation on password field by using

virtual keyboardavailable on the screen.

4. Clicklogin.5. Answer both secret questionrandomly reveal on the screen based on your

provided answer on first activation.

6. Clicklogin.III. Crosslink Request

Crosslink is a function to link sub account previously registered with other sub

accounts in other Securities Company/Custodian Bank

1. Log in to AKSes (investor area)2. Clickinvestor managementas shown below

3. Choose crosslink request

4. Enter your sub account number available in other Broker/Custodian Bank safe-keeping investors portfolio on account ID column

5. Click submit, then, sub account number being crosslink will be displayed inrequest status. Then, Clickget request form to printcrosslinkapplication form to

be further delivered to designated Broker/Custodian Bank for approval.

Note :

If it has approve status, meaning that it has been approved by designated

Broker/Custodian Bank, open status means that it is still waiting for approval fromdesignated Broker/Custodian Bank.

IV. User ID Blocked or Forget PasswordThis function is applied when client has already made user ID andpassword, but

forget the password or it is blocked so the login fails.

1. Choose Forgot Your Password menu2. Enter the following data required

3. Click reset password until the following message appears.

4. Click Back, then client will receive email containing of newpassword. (seebelow)

5. Return to AKSes website (investor area) and enter your user ID

6. Click Next, then enter password available in the email automatically deliveredby KSEI.

7. Answer both secret question, then Click login.

8. Client can change passwordby going into facillities menu, then choose changepasswordmenu (see the following display)

V. Forget Answer of Secret QuestionThis function is applied when client forgets the answers of the five secret question or

one of the five secret question

1. Log in to AKSes2. Enter user ID , Click Next

3. Enterpassword

4. Click Forgot Your Secret Question ? menu under the displayed question.

5. Input the required data as shown below

Investor ID: InvestorID number available on the front page of AKSes Card. Check digits: check digits number ofInvestorID at the pack page of AKSes

Card.

Date of birth: date of birth. System will check whether date of birthentered is similar to the one in database.

Text Image : Write down the text illustration appeared on the screen inthe provided space. The texts are case sensitive.

6. ClickSend Secret Questionuntil the following message appears

7. Click Back. Client will automatically receive email from KSEI. Client can useanswer of question delivered by AKSes, then, replace it after successfully login to

AKSes.

8. Return to AKSes website (investor area) and enter user ID andpassword9. Answer secret question based on answer received from email delivered by KSEI.10.Client can change answer of secret question by going into facillities menu, then

choose change questionmenu (see the display below)

VI. Missing PincodeWhen pincode delivered by broker/custodian bank is missing, client can ask

broker/custodian bank that sends AKSes Card and pincode to reset the pincode.

After having the pincode reset by concerning broker/custodian bank, KSEI will print

a new pincode for the client. New pincode will be sent to broker/custodian bank to

be further delivered to client.
