For those interested in our system, yet not prepared topurchase a cutter head set, there is an alternative.

USING THE TABLE SAW AND ROUTER

1) A rounded cut can be made to aaccommodatethe M-80-0710 extrusion. Use a 3/8” raduis cutterhead for a hand held router.

2) Attach a 3/4” wood guard to the blade side of thetable saw fence.

3) Using a sample block from our sample kit, determinethe position and dimension of the outside cut. Makea cut on the interior side of the wood with exterior(or �nished side) of the wood forward the fence.

4) Referring again to the wood sample, determinethe position and dimension of the inside cut. This cutis critical, any variance will not allow a proper �t forthe extrusion. Make the cut with the exterior (or�nished side) of the wood forward the fence.

5) To make the �nal cut, refer to the sample blockto determine the proper position and dimension.Set the saw blade at 45° angle into fence. Adjustthe blade to the proper height, and position thekerfed edge of the wood to the fence. Now cutyour wood, be cautious of kick back.
