Callista Carrier Call Billing provides a cloud-based, automatic billing service

for you. It automatically logs, prices and processes all customer call data

from your hosted service and automatically produces customer bills and

statistics. It’ll also add to your bills any fixed charges such as line rental &

maintenance, handsets, service charges, internet costs or any other fixed

charges you choose. If your hosted PBX or carrier service outputs

extension-level data, Callista Carrier Call Billing will automatically deliver

bills at this level for your customers too.

If you on-sell VOIP services from another provider : Callista Carrier Call Billing supports only Voyager's data format currently. Other formats can be added. Please contact us for more information.

If you host your service on your own PABX : Callista Carrier Call Billing is not dependent on the CDR format of your carrier. It will log, price and process the CDR format from your own PBX and not the output from your carrier. Callista Carrier Call Billing is 99% likely to support the CDR output from your PBX already. To confirm compatibility, send us an export of the data format (CDR) from your PBX for our analysis.

Fixed Charges on your billing can be anything in any quantity. The sample bill displays phones but this could be Line Rental, Line Maintenance, Internet Costs, Service Charges or any other fixed charges.

For best performance, we recommend that CDR is transmitted over IP. FTP is available but requires additional software installation and maintenance.

All of your customers need to be on the same pricing plan for their calling rates. Currently Callista Carrier Call Billing does not support different call rates for individual customers.
