based on the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association
Authorised Trainer (AST) Program, taking place on 30-31
October 2019 at the AFCA Specialty Coffee Expo at Sea Cliff
Resort & Spa, Zanzibar. The short courses will cover modules

grinding, dosing and distribution.

The African Barista Training Camp will take place on 28-29 October and the AFCA Latté Art Competition on 30 October 2019. Conference registration is not required for participation any in activities on 28th or 29th, however conference entry is required for the competition and courses starting on 30 October 2019.
