Final Transcripts and Degree Confirmation: Please provide the Office of Graduate Admissions with official final transcripts for any course work or degree programs for which you are currently enrolled. If you are an international student, please provide a certified, university attested, copy of your degree.

2. Immunization Requirements: Please visit http://shs.gmu.edu to obtain critical information and mandatory immunization forms. Your completed immunization form should be sent directly to Student Health Services. Deadline for completing immunizations is October 1st. Late fees and holds will be placed on your account. This is regardless of whether you live on campus or not.
