About the Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is the most famous canyon in the U.S. It is an example of one of these landforms. This canyon is over a mile deep and was formed by the Colorado River. Grand Canyon National Park is located in the state of Arizona.

Why are canyons interesting to me?

I like canyons because it is interesting to see how water and wind can create so many different shapes and colors.
