Cancellation Policy:• We require a 30 day notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 30 days of the event date
your deposit will be forfeited. If you switch dates your deposit will be transferred to that date. • If you move your date more than once, your deposit will be forfeited.
Decoration Guidelines:• You will be held responsible for any damage done to the venue• Items cannot be taped, tacked, or hanging to walls or ceiling• All candles must be enclosed, no open flame• Absolutely NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER PERMITTED• You are required to take out and clean up anything you bring in at the
end of your event. (We will be responsible for any trash)

Setting up your event:• To reserve your date and time a signed contract along with a $75.00 deposit is required. • Final menu selections are required 14 days prior to your event. • Final guest count is required 7 days prior to your event.• If a plated meal is selected place cards (or another visual aid) are required to identify which
meal your guest has chosen.• Room layout must be chosen 7 days prior to event• Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event
Food & Beverage:Due to legal liability for all food and beverages served on premises, as well as licensing restrictions, 84th St. Pub & Grille requires that only food and beverages purchased from the 84th St. Pub & Grille can be served on the property.
• The sale and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the Michigan Liquor Commission. As a licensee, 84th St. Pub & Grille is responsible for the administration of the regulations. It is our policy; therefore, that alcohol cannot be brought into the banquet room from outside sources.
• An 18% service charge and 6% sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, and bar services.• In accordance to state and federal liquor laws, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed to purchase or
consume alcohol. We have a zero tolerance policy and reserve the right to ask for picture ID. We have the right to terminate the bar service at any time if the state and federal liquor laws are being broken. Our liquor license mandates that all alcohol must be served by our trained staff with our product and no outside alcohol will be permitted. We reserve the right to shut the event down immediately if these guidelines are being broken.
Other Notes:
• We reserve the right to take photographs and feature them on our website or print publications. If you prefer us not to, we require a request in writing.
• If the event is tax exempt, a tax form is required.• 84th St. Pub & Grille is not responsible for missing or lost items.• LEFTOVER FOOD CANNOT BE TAKEN OUT OF THE BANQUET ROOM OR OFF
