Made from Barbera grapes grown in a large hilly areain the provinces of Asti and Alessandria characterised by calcareous,clayey and sandy soil.

BOUQUET: Winy, ethereal, with notes of blackberry, plum and spices.

FLAVOUR: Dry, round, bold and full-bodied.Becomes more harmonious with ageing.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% Vol.

PAIRINGS: Goes perfectly with bold flavours such as cured meats,flavourful soup, pasta or rice dishes, boiled and roast meats and cheesesof all kinds.
