• Stock to Sales Ration higher on February because ‘Belle’ collection makes it’s debut on Banana Republic.

• March: Items Sold (3.86 Ratio) • April: We will re-stock merchandise from best seller • May: Mother’s Day gifts, it will impact sales • June: Summer Time sales impact• July: Clearance Month (We re-stock)

Open to buy Report Continued

• February: More Employee Discounts because of new line.• March: Employee discount because the line is still relatively new to

the store and possibly Stock Shortage. • April: Customer Return because the line is two months old, they got

the opportunity to experience the line. Stock Shortage and Employee will occur as well as Markdowns of the items not being sold.

• May: Customer Return, Stock Shortage and Markdowns will affect our Monthly Reduction. We will continue to markdown items not sold.

• June: Customer Return, Stock Shortage and Markdowns. • July: Markdown because of clearance month, Shortage and Customer

Return during busy month of the year.
