Salutation Brothers –
It has so far been a very busy year for our Aerie and Auxiliary with all the activities for the summer and now winter. Thank you to our officers of both the Aerie and Auxiliary as well as all of our volunteers that work very hard and long hours to provide meals, activities, charities, etc.
Once again the Worthy President and Madam President’s charity this year is for our
Aerie home . . . "3912 Home Project”. This
money will be used to upgrade our Aerie home with much needed work. Please support this worthy cause. We all like how our Aerie home looks. Other Aerie members from across the country always comment about how beautiful it is at
Bellevue Aerie 3912. Our Aerie needs YOUR SUPPORT in any way you can help.
To Debbie Lilledahl, Sara Tanner, Andy
Carter--Thank you for your time and work on this
year's Halloween Party for kids. Parents and
Grandparents, please support these activities. Our salute to Veterans on November
10th was an exciting day for our Aerie. Several new members were signed up on this day. One new member is Congressman Don Bacon.
Congressman Bacon and our Worthy President, Dave Hodges and Madam President, April Frazier, presented a check to our Nebraska State Presidents’ David Hondo Locke and Cheri Bolig for $1000.00 to their state charity, EXOSKELETON.
November 18th our Auxiliary had their annual Turkey Dinner. If you missed it, WOW, you
missed a great meal. Thank you to those that donated turkeys and special thank you to Dawn Madison, Debbie Huff, and all the volunteers who made this event a huge success again this year!
November 19th a funeral luncheon was held for Jerry Charvat. Thank you to everyone that donated food and volunteers that helped. We had a large crowd and everything went smoothly. Our Aerie has the best people. We need to start thinking about next year's officers. If anyone would like to run for a position as an Aerie officer, please let me know. Our Aerie has several that will not return next year and positions will need to be filled. Thank you.

Merry Christmas Sisters,
I would like to thank everyone for such wonderful attendance for the Thanksgiving dinner! There is an amazing amount of hard work and love that goes into preparing and serving that meal, and I'm very thankful for our volunteers that
made it such a huge success. It would be awesome to see all of those faces for our regular meals each week. If there is a meal idea or suggestion you have, just let us know—as this is YOUR club . We need your support!! Congrats to Bill Parks for winning the 50/50 raffle supporting the State President's
Charity Exoskeleton Project. He generously donated his winnings back for a total of $154
towards the charity. We had a wonderful dinner with the State Presidents official visit this month to our Aerie. Not only did Congressman Bacon assist us in presenting them with a $1,000 check, he also became a member! A HUGE thank you to Bill and Charlene Lueth for turning our club into a beautiful winter wonderland. It sure invites the Christmas spirit. Keep that spirit in mind when you visit the Angel Tree this year, as the gifts will be given to the Eastern Nebraska Veteran's Home right here in Bellevue! Let's talk New Year's Eve!! Badd Combination will be playing, and trust me, you'll be dancing 2018 away! Please see our Manager, Sue Winter, about ticket details. Our 3rd Annual Soup Cook-Off will be held January 12th. Please contact myself, our
Madam Vice President, Amee Van Voorhis if you would like to enter. The proceeds will be donated to our FOE charities. It's always a fun time with great soups to judge! Dayle and I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and wonderful holiday season. Spend time with your family and friends and reach out to those that have lost someone. May 2019 bring you blessed joy, love, and prosperity to your home and to our Aerie home.

HUGE Thank You - November's Annual Coat Drive Susan Graffius, Luisa Tollestrup, and I are thankful for your generous donations during the month of October, to our annual Coat Drive for the Sienna Francis Center. This year we were received donations of coats, leather coats, sweaters, hats and scarves and clothing items. We had a couple of helpers, Jayne and her friend, Adriana, as we loaded my car to the brim with an estimated 25 grocery sized sacks. The helpers even came along for the delivery of items. We were greeted by grateful hands who helped us unload the vehicle. We thank you, again, for your contribution. ~Sharon Jarvis
