What Makes Blossomwood Special? For over half a century, Blossomwood Elementary School has been a model of excellence. Blossomwood was named a Lighthouse School by Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence in 2013. Dedicated faculty and staff members work with parents, volunteers, and community partners to ensure that each student has opportunities to Blossom (grow), Explore (learn), and Succeed (lead). Cultural diversity in our school community enriches the lives of our students and helps them develop communication, collaboration, and higher-level thinking skills needed for future success. New faces, technologies, and ideas merge with a tradition of high standards and expectations to produce high levels of achievement. Each child will learn to be their best at BES.
