New Online Proposal

Proposal for new online offering - students who do not attend classes on campus

Objectives Two intakes per year based on semesters Efficient and effective offering for students and Central Consistency of delivery and assessment MLCR should be at least equivalent to Part time Students choose workload based on amount of time available for

study Any student can ‘pick up’ units All online products are ‘classes’ with lecturer facilitation

3. Common cluster: Promote Team Effectiveness + Develop Teams & Individuals

4. Common cluster: Establish Networks + Promote products and services (not HR students)

Additional Information • Use pre-screening questionnaire for student suitability• Units based on amount of study time required per week • Units may be 10 or 20 weeks • Use workbased assessments wherever possible• Have ‘standard’ BB template • Online orientation in week 1• All online units have online facilitation • Students communicate and collaborate online, just like they would

in class • Online content uses range of media and interaction
